Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping is $5.50 for orders under $43.
- Orders $43+ ship free.
- Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or international addresses.
Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship hats leave our shop within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Carrier delivery times can vary based on location, weather, holidays, and carrier volume. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may show “pre-shipment” until the carrier scans the package.
Packaging
We do our best to ship hats in protective packaging so they arrive looking like something you actually want to wear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us right away. If the order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once the package has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows a package has been delivered, Thirsty Hat Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages. If there is an issue, contact the carrier first. You can also reach out to us and we’ll help where we can.

Thirsty Hat Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
